Model ZX18A(200-3) Screw Oil Press is the national approved product,which has the characteristic, such as reasonable structure, simple operation, convenient maintenance, highly-efficient in production,cooking, continuous and long term operation.Suitable for the oil plant to one-time press the seeds containing more oil such as cottonseed kernels, safflower seed, sunflower kernels, rape seed, sesame seed castor bean kernels.

Product Details

ZX18A oil press is consistof conveyor or steam cooker, feeding mechanism, press cage, press screw shaft and transmission device.

1. Conveyor: The conveyor is a horizontal conveying auger, and the suitable steamed and fried material embryos will be evenly fed into the feeding mechanism.
According to user needs, if there is no conveyor, we will install the steam cooker, which is a vertical three-layer steamer. It can adjust the moisture of the material embryo and pressurize the material embryo before pressing.
2. Feeding mechanism is composed of feed shaft, feed head and feed hopper.
3. The press cage and press screw shaft are the main working parts of this equipment.
Due to the rotation of the press screw shaft and the gap of the squeezing chamber is gradually narrowing, and the material is under strong pressure. Most of the oil is pressed out and flows out through the gap of the squeeze bar on the squeeze cage.
The spiral of the squeezing screw shaft is not continuous. There are bushings between the squeezing screw. The squeegee is equipped with a scraper. The teeth of the scraper are aligned with the bushing and inserted into the break of the screw.
