/ 02 — WHO WE ARE Industrial Gear Manufacturer

A Foundry Of
Reliable Power Transmission.

akgnx Co.,ltd is a dedicated manufacturer of industrial gear reducers and worm gear drive components. Since 2003, we have grown from a small machining workshop into a fully integrated production facility covering more than 25,000 m² — from gear cutting and heat treatment to assembly, balancing, and load testing, all under one roof.

Our engineers design every reducer with a single goal: to keep our customers' production lines moving without interruption. Whether the application is a printing press running 24/7 or a steel mill exposed to constant shock load, our gearboxes are built to a torque-density and durability standard that meets — and often exceeds — international expectations.

We supply OEMs, system integrators, and end users worldwide, backed by an in-house R&D team, a tested quality system, and a service network that responds in 12 hours or less.

/ 03 — CAPABILITIES In-House Manufacturing

From Raw Steel
To Tested Drive Unit.

Vertical integration is the backbone of our reliability. By keeping every critical process in-house, we control quality at every stage — from forging blanks through to final dynamic testing.

/ 01

Precision Gear Cutting

CNC hobbing, shaping, and grinding lines machine worm wheels, helical gears, and spiral bevel pairs to ISO grade 6–7 accuracy.

/ 02

Heat Treatment

In-house carburizing, induction hardening, and tempering deliver the surface hardness and core toughness heavy-duty service demands.

/ 03

Assembly & Balancing

Dedicated assembly cells, dynamic balancing rigs, and torque-controlled fastening — every reducer is built once, built right.

/ 04

100% Load Testing

No unit ships before passing a no-load run-in plus a documented load test to verify temperature, noise, and efficiency targets.

Our Core Product Lines

Drive Solutions
For Every Industry.

From printing presses and saw machines to metallurgy and conveying, our gearboxes are engineered around the real-world demands of the industries we serve.

Printing VRV063 worm gearbox for printing machines
SERIES · VRV063

Printing Industry Gearbox

A compact worm reducer engineered for the smooth, low-vibration motion that high-speed printing presses require — quiet, accurate, and built for continuous duty.

Saw Machinery SRV138 helical-worm gearbox for saw machines
SERIES · SRV138

Saw Machine Gearbox

A heavy-frame helical-worm unit designed to absorb cutting shock loads, deliver high starting torque, and survive the abrasive environment of cutting lines.

Metallurgy RR series heavy-duty gearbox for metallurgical applications
SERIES · RR

Heavy-Duty Metallurgy Gearbox

Robust cast-iron housing, oversized bearings, and case-hardened gearing — purpose-built for steel mills, rolling lines, and other extreme-load metallurgical duties.

/ 04 — BEYOND GEARBOXES Components & Custom Parts

Drive Components,
Made To Order.

In addition to complete gear reducers, our machine shop produces a wide range of drive-train components for OEMs, replacement-part distributors, and maintenance teams. Custom drawings are welcome — give us a print and we will quote it.

Our component program covers worm shafts, worm wheels, helical gears, spline shafts, output flanges, gearbox housings, and replacement internal kits for legacy units.

/ 05 — QUALITY SYSTEM Certified & Audited

Quality Is Not
An Inspection. It's
A Process.

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and enforced by traceability at every stage — material certificates, dimensional inspection records, hardness reports, and final test data are kept for every serial number we ship.

/ 06 — VALUE PROPOSITION Why Engineers Choose Us

Six Reasons
Industrial Buyers
Stay With Us.

Most of our customers came to us once for a single replacement gearbox — and stayed because of what happened after the order. These are the commitments behind that repeat business.

/ 01

Engineered, Not Catalogued

Every inquiry is reviewed by an engineer. If the standard catalogue does not fit your duty cycle, we modify ratios, shafts, mounting, or housings — no extra approval cycles.

/ 02

Vertical Production Control

Gear cutting, heat treatment, machining, and assembly happen on one site. That means shorter lead times, consistent quality, and a clear chain of accountability.

/ 03

Documented Quality

ISO 9001:2015 system, full material traceability, and a 100% load-test policy. Every shipment includes inspection reports and test certificates.

/ 04

Global Logistics

Experienced export team, FOB / CIF / DDP terms, and packaging built for sea freight. We handle documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders worldwide.

/ 05

12-Hour Technical Response

Our application engineers respond to technical inquiries within 12 working hours, including selection assistance, drawings, and 3D models on request.

/ 06

Long-Term Partnership Pricing

Volume agreements, blanket POs, and dedicated stock programs for distributors and OEMs. We are set up for ongoing supply, not one-off transactions.

/ 07 — FAQ Common Questions

Answers For
Buyers & Engineers.

If you don't see your question here, our application engineers are happy to help. Most technical inquiries are answered within 12 working hours.

Ask A Question
Q.01 What types of gearboxes do you manufacture?
We produce a complete range of industrial gear reducers, including worm gearboxes (RV / NMRV / VRV / SRV series), helical gear units, helical-bevel and helical-worm combinations, and heavy-duty parallel-shaft (RR series) reducers for metallurgy and rolling-mill applications. Both standard catalogue units and fully custom designs are available.
Q.02 Can you provide custom or OEM gearbox solutions?
Yes. Our engineering team supports custom ratios, custom shaft configurations, modified mounting flanges, special materials, and full OEM private-label production. Send us your drawing, application data, or a sample unit, and we will return a technical proposal — typically within 3 to 5 working days.
Q.03 What is your typical production lead time?
For standard catalogue gearboxes held in stock, we ship within 3 to 7 working days. For made-to-order standard units, lead time is usually 15 to 25 working days. Fully custom or large-tonnage projects are quoted case by case, generally between 30 and 50 working days depending on complexity and quantity.
Q.04 Do you ship worldwide, and what trade terms do you offer?
We export to more than 60 countries. Our export team works with EXW, FOB, CIF, and DDP terms, and coordinates with both customer-nominated forwarders and our own shipping partners. Export packaging — fumigated wooden cases, anti-rust treatment, and shock-protected pallets — is included as standard for sea freight.
Q.05 What certifications, warranty, and after-sales support do you provide?
Our quality system is certified to ISO 9001:2015, and CE compliance documentation is available on request. Every gearbox carries a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing and material defects. Our after-sales team provides remote technical support, replacement-part supply, and on-site service cooperation through our regional partners when required.
