Product Description

Model D-60, the screw oil press, which is the patented product by our company, it is also the most popular model. This oil press can press more than 20 kinds of oil seeds, such as sesame, peanut, soybean, black seed, sunflower seed, flax, vegetable seed, castor seed, cotton seed, rapeseed, camellia seed and walnut. This model can press 40-60kg of oil crops per hour.The equipment is easy to install and operate, and has a high oil output rate. It is suitable for small oil factories and private users. One to two people can organize production, the oil workshop only needs 10-20 square meters.

Product Details

“Dingsheng”brand oil press is composed of such components as electric control system,hot pressing, adjustment, driving parts and vacuum oil filter.

1,The squeezing worms is made of alloy steel treated by carburization to improve its surface hardness and wear resistance;
2,The squeezing bars are grinded by surface grinder to ensure the accuracy of oil thread and improve oil extraction rate;
3,The oil press machine is controlled by electric control cabinet, automatic heating, labor saving, safe and convenient;
4,The surface of machine are treated by stainless steel and chromium plating technology in accordance with the standards of food hygiene.
5,Gearbox gear adopts special bevel gear and coupling gear design, low load, less consumption, low noise.
