Introduction of fish oil refinery plant:

The oil that is separated by pressing during the production of fishmeal still contains a small amount of protein, mucilage, phospholipid, FFA, pigment and odor components, which is called crude oil. It can not be been eaten directly or used as a raw material for medicines . The crude oil need to be further refining. We have accumulated rich experience in fish oil refining, and we can provide professional fish oil refining equipment to process crude oil through degumming, dehydration, deacidification, decolorization, bleaching, deodorization, dewaxing and other processes. Our mission is invest at the lowest cost and energy to get the purest fish oil.

The technology process offish oil refinery plant:
Degumming:Remove gums in the crude oil to improve oil edibility, storage and do well to downstream neutralizing section.
Neutralizing:Remove Free-Fatty Acids (FFAs) with caustic soda (NaOH). Soap stock is generate in this process.
Decolorizing / Bleaching:Remove color pigments contained in oil
Deodorizing:Remove disagreeable flavor and odors that are naturally present or created during processing under high temperatur
Dewaxing (Optional):Oils like sunflower oil or maize germ oil (corn oil) have waxes present in them. At low temperatures these waxes give a hazy appearance to the oil. So, in extremely cold areas, dewaxing should take into accout when processing these oil seeds.
